Hugo Middle School

All students that pass a Reading Counts quiz will receive a prize from the Prize Platter. In order to receive the prize, students must show the librarian they have passed a quiz, or bring a note from the classroom teacher stating they have passed a quiz. Only one prize will be rewarded daily to each individual student.

Drawing for Prizes - 5 names will be drawn from all students that pass a quiz during the course of the week.

• Students earning 10 or more points per month will receive a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut
• Every student who earns 10 or more points for the month will get their name put into a monthly prize drawing. A name will be drawn for each grade.

• Taco Bell Certificate - Students will receive a Taco Bell certificate for every 5 quizzes they pass
• During the course of the year, additional reading goals will be set and students reaching those goals will be rewarded and/or names put into a drawing for prizes.

• Reading Reward Trip - Students must earn 180 or more points during the course of the school year. Students will also receive a goody bag filled with prizes and will be provided breakfast and lunch.
• Prize Drawings - Name goes into the drawing for every 15 points earned on Reading Counts
• The highest reader from each grade will be awarded a prize
